Corporate Photography Workflow Across Zhuhai and Shenzhen
Tonight I’ll be heading to Zhuhai, China to begin a two-day schedule focused on location scouting and client meetings for an upcoming food photography project. This stage is always critical—understanding the environment, lighting conditions, and brand positioning before a single frame is captured.
Location scouting is not just about finding a beautiful place. It’s about evaluating how the space works for photography, how natural and artificial light interact, and how each scene can support the visual direction of the campaign. For food photography especially, details matter—from table surfaces to background tones, everything affects the final image.
After wrapping up in Zhuhai, I’ll move to Shenzhen on the 9th for a corporate photography project with a spa brand. This will involve creating clean, professional portraits and environmental images that reflect the company’s identity and atmosphere. Corporate photography is never just about taking photos—it’s about translating a brand’s values into visuals that communicate clearly to their audience.
From food to corporate portraits, each project requires a different mindset, but the same level of precision, planning, and execution. This is how professional corporate photography delivers real value beyond just images.
