If your cartridge/ribbon is a pure dark grey case then you got KP set, and if it is a grey mixed white case you got the RP one.

Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Soft Proofing/Adobe Photoshop Proof Colors, adjust the photo as your liking, then print the photo with the printer to manage the color.

NOTE: The gamut of the CP printers is very small, they are not suitable for professional works and this icc is for correct the major color shift.

Installation using Windows OS:

Right-click on the the ICC Profile and select "Install Profile". The installation will only take a few seconds.

Alternative installation method: 

Manually move the .icc files to the following system directory:

• Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 - C:/windows/system32/spool/drivers/color
• Windows 95, 98 -  C:/windows/system/color
• Windows NT - C:/winNT/system32/color

Note: Please restart your graphics application (e.g. Photoshop) if it was open during the profile installation.

Windows 11 Method 1 — Quick Install (Recommended)

1. Locate the ICC profile file
   (File extension: .icc or .icm)

2. Right-click the file
   → Click Install Profile

That’s it — Windows copies it to the system color folder automatically.

Windows 11 Method 2 — Install & Assign via Color Management (Most Reliable)

Use this when you need to assign the profile to a specific monitor or printer.

Step-by-step:

1. Press Win + S
   Type Color Management
   Open it

2. Go to the Devices tab

3. From the Device dropdown:

   • Select your monitor (important if you use multiple displays)

4. Tick “Use my settings for this device”

5. Click Add…

   • If the profile is already installed, select it

   • If not, click Browse… and locate the .icc/.icm file

6. Select the profile → OK

7. Back in the list, select the profile
   Click Set as Default Profile

Where ICC Profiles Are Stored (FYI)

Windows stores them here:

C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color


You can manually copy profiles into this folder if needed (admin rights required).

Installation using Mac OS:

Move or copy and paste the ICC profile(s) into the necessary folder below, dependent on your OS version.

Mac OS X Sequoia –  – Macintosh HD > Users > *Username* > Library > ColorSync > Profiles folder

Mac OS X El Capitan – Go menu > *hold down option key* > Library > ColorSync > Profiles folder

Mac OS X Yosemite and earlier – Macintosh HD > Users > *Username* > Library > ColorSync > Profiles folder

Mac OS 8-9x – System folder > ColorSync folder

Their driver includes a built-in black and white mode that works well, so there's no need for an ICC profile in this case.
